Ferroaluminum alloy is composed of iron and aluminum (about 6% ~ 16% range) as the main elements, with high resistivity, low density, high hardness, good wear resistance, good vibration and impact resistance, so the device made of ferroaluminum alloy has small eddy current loss and light weight.
Rare Earth Ferro Aluminium
Its characteristics are that the composition of the alloy is: Al: 20 ~ 70at%; RE: 0.5 ~ 50at%; the weight of other residual elements is not more than 3at%, and the margin is Fe.
High Content Of Colorful Aluminum Iron
Aluminum ferroalloy is composed of iron and aluminum(about 6%~ 16% range) as the main elements, with high resistivity, lowdensity, high hardness, good wear resistance, good vibrationandimpact resistance characteristics, mainly used with steel deoxidation, surface hardening applications, reducing agents, thermite reaction, AlNiCo magnets and welding wire and flux alloyadditives.

RE not only has a strong deoxidation effect, but also combines with Al deoxidation product Al2O3 to form large particles of (RE, Al)xOy inclusion, which is very easy to float.
